The goal of this e-portfolio is to highlight the work completed through the process of earning a Master of Science with a dual concentration in Athletic Administration and International Sport Management at East Texas A&M University. The portfolio will highlight both career achievements as well as work completed throughout the program as evidence of content mastery.

            For career achievements, my professional resume will highlight my experience in both secondary education as well as in academe. This will include my work in coaching at the middle school and high school levels. It will also highlight my years in leadership. This resume, along with my curriculum vita, will detail my story on and off the court/course that focuses on leadership and sports.

            When looking to display my achievement in the Athletic Administration and International Sport Management programs, there is a focus on five outcomes that will include evidence of success for each. These will take the form of artifacts that will be linked under each outcome. 

            The last part of this portfolio is a reflection. This covers my decision to initiate the pursuit of the master’s program, the impact it has already had on my career, and what I hope it will mean for my future in athletics and athletic administration.
